Dave Meredith's family has decided to have his cremains interred at the Sacramento
Valley National Cemetery, Dixon, CA. The ceremony will take place at the cemetery
on March, 12, 2010 at 11:30 AM. Full Military Honors will be provided by the
Travis Air Force Base Honor Guard. The cemetery is located at 5810 Midway Road,
Dixon, CA 95620. Take the Midway Road exit from Interstate 80 and head east. The
cemetery is about a mile down the road on the right hand side.

To all District Six Members,
All American Legion members of 6th District (that means us!) are invited to attend a
District Dinner. You must be a member in Good Standing, which means that if you are
not a Life Time Member or a Paid-Up-For-Life member, you must have a valid 2010
membership card in your possession in order to be allow to participate in this dinner.
Attending this dinner costs you NOTHING. 6th District is paying for the entire event.
All you need to do is attend and have fun. THIS IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE EVENT.
If you would enjoy attending this event (which I would encourage you to do), you must
RSVP to the 2nd Vice Commander, Henry Sanchez, as soon as possible in order to have
your name place on the attendees list. You are allowed one guest to accompany you to
this dinner. Seating is limited...so please RSVP quickly!

No Host Bar: 5:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.
Live Band "Jim Hunter and the Simpson Creek Band" from Woodland, CA
50/50
raffle will be held as well (50% of the proceeds will be donated to the
American Legion,Department of California, Rehabilitation Program).
The other 50% goes to the winner of the Raffle.
